I have been duly informed about the objectives, rules, terms and conditions of the organization, and I have understood them.
I voluntarily accept the membership of the organization and undertake to follow all the rules, regulations and discipline of the organization with complete honesty, sincerity and responsibility.
I shall always work in accordance with the objectives and dignity of the organization and shall not engage in any activity that may harm the unity, reputation or interests of the organization.
In the event that I violate any rule, term, condition or discipline of the organization in the future, the organization shall have the right to terminate my membership, as per its rules and procedures. I agree to abide by such decision of the organization.
